Among the wealthiest suburbs in Illinois from the elegant mansions to mother nature herself. Its rolling hills are said to be carved by glaciers at the end of the last ice age with most of the village based on the Valparaiso Moraine. The suburb has 12 parks, most well-known is Harvester Park which is one of the largest and home of Burr Ridge Park District.
